As a fellow mom, I get it. We have a lot to juggle on a day-to-day basis, and putting our creative energy into coming up with a thoughtful Father’s Day gift can often get pushed to the back burner. If I’m being honest, I still haven’t ordered my husband’s Father’s Day gift yet, but it’s on my to-do list for today! As I was looking for gift inspiration online today, I thought it would be a good time to share some creative and thoughtful gift ideas that will make Dad feel loved and appreciated, without adding more stress to your plate. Let’s dive in!
First, I want to admit something I’m not proud of. I rarely remember to print my family photos. I get so excited when I look through the digitals, I share them all over social media, then they get lost somewhere in my hard drive. I always mean to print them, but it always seems to take a back burner to the rest of my priorities. Holidays are a great time to finally take a moment to get them printed! I think a lot of us just assume we need to get photos printed on paper, frame them, and hang them up on a wall, but there are SO many creative gift options available if you want to utilize those photos in a different way. I took some time and sorted through my favorites and here’s what I came up with! I’ll add a link to the Shutterfly products, but you can honestly search through the photo gifts on your favorite printing company websites and find even more options, just be sure to check that yours can be delivered in time for Father’s Day!
Ok, this one is first on my list because, spoiler alert, I already gifted this to my husband and it was a hit! This is great for Grandpas who like using computers, too. I love this option because most guys have old mouse pads that they normally got for free from a company and just never think to update it. It’s also nice because it’s actually practical and functional and a sweet reminder during their busy work day that they are loved. I’m a huge fan of cheesy sayings and Dad jokes, so here’s a few quotes you could add to the inside of a card to make it even more personal:
Again, this is a way to make a practical gift more thoughtful! If there’s anyone that needs a quick and convenient recharge, it’s a parent with young kiddos!
Here’s some cute quotes you could add to the inside of a card:
If the guy you’re celebrating is always bragging about what a pro he is on his grill, I have the perfect gift idea! Who even knew that places personalized grill plates, but here we are!
Here’s some quotes you can put in the card or right on the grill plate:
This one is more on the generic side, but who doesn’t love getting a new notebook? Shutterfly has lots of layouts to choose from so you can make it personalized to your guy.
Here’s some quotes you can use for the card:
You’ve probably seen these online already, but they are such a fun and classic dad gift. Shutterfly lets you choose between so many different layouts that you can choose between making them obnoxious and funny, or subtle and discrete. There is so much room for customization for these depending on his personality.
Here are some quotes that can be used to personalize your card:
